Uppsala parking and mobility AB procures a service for mobile parking to enable the payment of parking fees and future parking-related services. The service must be provided via mobile application and SMS for the parker and a BackOffice for the buyer's user to work in for e.g. customer support and financial administration. Framework agreements are signed with a maximum of four suppliers who operate in parallel. The assignment includes parking spaces that the buyer monitors and manages, including street land as well such as municipal block land and parking facilities belonging to the buyer's sister company. Residence permits and permit management are not covered by the agreement.
