This involves processing standard or registered mail via an IT solution in order to ensure these shipments and their traceability. Estimated volumes to be processed: standard letters: 100, 000 standard letters per year - 5, 000 letters recommended per year - 100 SMS per month (likely to increase) This contract constitutes: A single-awardee framework agreement governed by articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the order code public. This framework agreement sets out the contractual stipulations in a firm manner and will be executed as and when required by the conclusion of the issuance of purchase orders according to the terms defined in this framework agreement. Purchase orders concluded on the basis of this framework agreement are set out in the CCTP. A framework agreement with a revisable unit price will be awarded, entrusted to a single company or a group. The maximum amount over the firm period of four (4) years is 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. In case of group application, the representative of the group must be in solidarity with each of the members of the group.
