Framework for Rental Insulting

The county council is responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of the county road network in Vestland, as well as for the development of the Bybanen in Bergen. In this connection, the county council needs a framework agreement for rental intermediary and the management of properties redeemed pending development. The homes will initially be rented out until the start of construction, but further rental and/or management may be applicable during the construction period until a possible sale. The goal is to ensure professional rental and management of suitable Properties, as well as regular condition assessments and necessary preservation measures. Tenants should experience security, and the number of empty properties should be kept to a minimum. The framework agreement can be used by all departments in the county council, but will be particularly relevant for Bybanen development and inv. The purpose of this guiding announcement is to obtain input from the market on how to best be implemented. See attached questions for topics we especially want feedback on.
