Framework project management agreement relating to the restoration and enhancement of the Bruniquel castles classified as a Historic Monument Framework agreement for project management missions for architectural restoration operations on the castle site by Bruniquel with a view to its tourist and scenographic development. The missions will be basic missions + DIAG OPC and CSSI. The skills required are: - Agent: Heritage Architect: Chief Architect of Historic Monuments or Architect national of a Member State of the European Union or another State party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, established in one of these States, registered on a regional register of the order of architects, holder of a diploma specialization and in-depth study in architecture and heritage, and proof of regular professional project management activity during the 10 years preceding their application in the field of restoration of old buildings. - Desk structural studies - Fluid design office (water, air, strong currents, weak currents) j - SSI coordinator - Construction economist - Acoustic design office - OPC, - VRD and landscaper design office - Decor restorer (in particular plasterwork, painted wall decorations and wood supports, etc.) These skills must demonstrate significant experience on protected historic monuments, for similar interventions.
