Framework agreement for project management missions for architectural restoration operations on the Bruniquel castles site with a view to its tourist and scenographic development. The missions will be basic missions + DIAG OPC and CSSI. THE required skills are: - Agent: Heritage Architect: Chief Architect of Historic Monuments or Architect national of a Member State of the European Union or another State party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, established in one of these States, registered on a regional table of the order of architects, holder of a specialization and in-depth diploma mentioning architecture and heritage, and proof of regular professional activity of project management during the 10 years preceding his application in the field of restoration of old buildings. - Structural design office - Fluid design office (water, air, strong currents, weak currents) j - SSI coordinator - Construction economist - Office acoustic studies - OPC, - VRD design office and landscaper - Restorer of decorations (in particular plasterwork, painted wall decorations and on wooden supports, etc.) These skills must demonstrate significant experience on protected historic monuments, for similar interventions.
