The purpose of this consultation is to carry out project management missions in application of Book IV of the Public Order Code concerning the cycling facilities provided for in the Saint Etienne Métropole cycling plan for a period of 4 years from 2025 to 2029. The developments relate to infrastructure works. 16 km of cycling developments were carried out in 2025 (structuring networks and local networks combined) for an amount of operations of 9.5 million euros including tax. Each mission of Project management formalized in an order may relate to one or more mission elements. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
