Framework project management agreement for construction and repair services of structures in the Department of Haute-Vienne The purpose of this consultation is to provide complete or partial project management services relating to Works of Art. They consist of carrying out design or repair studies and then possibly monitoring the work allowing the reinforcement and/or rehabilitation of existing structures or the creation of new structures, in particular: bridges and footbridges, retaining walls, buried or semi-buried structures (culverts, frames, etc.) and engineered embankments. However, for particularly complex or large-scale operations beyond the scope of this framework agreement, the Department of Haute-Vienne reserves the right to have a specific consultation. The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum multi-awardees is concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers).
