Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out complete or partial project management services relating to Art Works. They consist of carrying out design or repair studies then possible monitoring of the work allowing the reinforcement and/or rehabilitation of existing structures or the creation of new structures, in particular: bridges and footbridges, retaining walls, buried or semi-buried structures (culverts, frames, etc.) and engineered embankments. However, for particularly complex or large-scale operations beyond the scope of this framework agreement, the Department of Haute-Vienne reserves the right to carry out a specific consultation. The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. She is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum multi-awardees is concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Code of public order. It will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). This consultation includes execution conditions of a social and environmental nature, the details of which are indicated in article 10 of the CCAP.
