Framework procurement of construction contracting works for the years 2026 - 2029 The units of the city of Naantali (the Client) are requesting bids for the implementation of construction contracting works for the contract period. The works that are the subject of the procurement are carried out either separately as mini-tenders as commissions or directly procured works in accordance with the contract terms. Construction contracts are also tendered through site-specific tenders. The estimated start date of the contract period is 1 November 2026. In addition, the Subscriber reserves the opportunity for two to the option year (1+1). The option refers to the possibility of extending the contract under the original conditions. The subscriber decides on the use of options separately. The acquisition will be implemented as a framework arrangement. The content and quantity of the works to be ordered are not known in advance and the Subscriber does not commit to any purchase quantities during the contract period. Small jobs can include construction, painting, carpeting, screeding, waterproofing, tiling and steel structure work. The contracts are executed in compliance with the general contract terms of the construction industry YSE 1998.
