Lot 1: Expertise and study services: the holders carry out expertise, standardization or study and monitoring missions for RTE Lot 2 Consultancy services: the holders provide profiles of experts acting on behalf and on behalf of RTE in standardization bodies and facilitate contractualization Detailed description of the different batches: Standardization is an activity of general interest which consists of producing normative documents and specifications. The deliverables produced are used within a contractual framework (public procurement in particular) but also to develop European regulations (recognized means of compliance). Pre-standardization, for example at CIGRE, contributes through studies scientists in an international working group to enrich the knowledge useful for the development of standards. This framework contract concerns intellectual services to support standardization for RTE over the period 2026-2033. The market is consisting of the following two lots: •Lot 1: Expertise and study services: the holders carry out expertise missions, coordination of standardization or study and monitoring for RTE; •Lot 2: Consultancy services: the holders provide profiles of experts acting on behalf of and in the name of RTE in standardization bodies and facilitate contractualization.
