The city of Zurich's electricity company (ewz) has a large portfolio of properties. This includes energy channels, transformer stations, substations and power plants through to administration buildings. In order to be able to guarantee operation in this large number of properties at all times, ongoing condition assessments, feasibility studies, and maintenance and repair measures are required. Depending on the age, importance, type and condition, a wide range of measures are required, ranging from individual measures to major repairs and also their reconstruction. Services from the framework agreements can be accessed by different ewz departments. Depending on the task, the projects may require one or more of the advertised planners. This tender determines the providers who can most advantageously supply the ewz with the corresponding service. Service providers should be evaluated that demonstrate high quality, competence and experience, are characterized by a pronounced service and customer orientation and are committed to social responsibility.
