Hire a contractor to carry out maintenance construction work and other work in residential units in apartment buildings owned by the city of Pardubice on the basis of a contract concluded between the client and the selected contractor. Rmc's contract will be concluded with the contractor who bids no more than the value added / no more than the value added as a percentage of the prices of the RS system (according to CS RS and RS), for a specified period of 2 years from the date of purchase of this contract, or until the maximum limit of 4, 900, 000 CZK without VAT is reached, whichever of the two conditions occurs.
