We are asking for your offer for the excavation work to be done in connection with the construction of a street in the operating area of ​​the city of Nokia. The works include individual mining sites in the area of ​​the city of Nokia in the size classes according to the request for tender. The quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and they do not bind the customer. The five (5) cheapest bidders are selected for the framework arrangement according to the offered reference price, with whom the contracts will be concluded. If fewer than five bids are received, a framework agreement is drawn up among all bidders. The Customer orders excavation work from the contractor in such a way that the order of priority is followed in the procurements, unless the Customer's needs require otherwise. The customer has the right to consider the specific needs of the contract, e.g. based on the required resources and schedule. During the contract period the contractor's possible price change proposal can change the priority order of contractors during the contract period. Alternatively, the customer can hold a mini-competition for the individual contracts among the operators of the framework agreement. The reference price of the request for quotation is formed of the quantities and unit prices entered in the request for tender form, as well as their combined total price. The works are priced according to the requirements of the request for tenders. With the offered unit prices, the customer can order work during the validity period of the framework agreement. The procurement procedure is an open procedure. The total value of the procurement for the entire framework contract period is approximately 700, 000 euros.
