The procurement includes in addition, two (2) one (1) year option periods. Exercising the options is the Customer's unilateral right, not an obligation. The service can also be used on a project-by-project basis for other Subscribers to the sites and tasks related to the civil engineering works he has built. The duties of the safety coordinator are included to the hourly charge rate for site supervision when the Client nominates a person responsible for site supervision to the relevant task in connection with the assignment. The duties of the safety coordinator are based on valid occupational safety legislation, for the occupational safety obligations and project-specific safety documents, safety rules and procedure instructions.
