The subject of the public contract is the provision of travel services and services related to them. Travel services are understood to mean: a) provision of tickets and air tickets of all airlines by the provider with regard to the lowest possible price applied to the required connection for foreign business trips of employees the contracting authority, representatives of the city of Brno and other persons sent by the contracting authority on a foreign business trip; b) provision of services related to foreign work trips of ZPC participants as requested by the contracting authority. In the case of related services, the contracting authority refers the supplier to Article I, paragraph 3 of the Commercial Code terms and conditions - of the contract model, which forms Annex No. 3 of this procurement documentation.
