This concerns an order for the contracting of works for various plots located in Flanders. The assignment is a framework agreement and consists of orders. Each of the orders concerns the execution of injections in connection with a pilot test or soil remediation work. In the context of its target group-oriented operation, OVAM wants to use this specification to apply a new way of working in order to be able to carry out a larger number of injections. This assignment is aimed at private owners and local authorities as a target group. However, 80% of orders will be fulfilled by private owners and local authorities. Emphasis is placed on the quality and timing of the work performed. This includes, among other things, timely compliance with all imposed deadlines and correct communication.
