Supplying prepared sandwiches, drinks and related items Catering services for receptions and events Framework contract for the provision of catering services to the ITM; more specifically, it concerns the supply of sandwiches and drinks at meetings and receptions, as well as organizing catering at receptions and events "Loose sandwiches and salads and hot/cold drinks for meetings and training": varied range of sandwiches, sandwiches, etc. with various types of toppings presented on platters and/or in reusable bowls or other sustainable presentation forms and supplemented with a range of hot/cold drinks. Possibility to offer soup and desserts/sweets. The services may consist of combinations of drinks, food and/or the use of cutlery, glasses, etc., depending on the wishes of internal customers. ITM especially wishes to collaborate with entrepreneurs who can offer a high-quality, varied offering. The vegetarian offering is essential. This includes knowledge of allergens and diet absolutely necessary (vegan, vegetarian, gluten and lactose free). The contracting authority attaches particular importance to sustainability, the use of local products and a short chain. “Local products” means: products from producers located within a radius of a maximum of 150 km from the delivery location, unless justified exceptions are made.
