1. Target and scope of the procurement The target of the procurement is the city of Raasepor, and services are mainly procured from the following areas:• Tammisaari• Karjaa• Pohja• Mustio• Fiskars• Snappertuna• Bromarv More detailed information about the properties belonging to the areas is presented in appendix 2, the procurement unit requests offers for the services defined in sections A-F below. Note: The tenderer must take into account that the services (sections A-C) will be introduced in phases in different properties. The estimated implementation schedule is presented in appendix 2. The goal is that the services are in use in all mentioned properties before the end of the framework agreement. However, the properties and their number may change during the contract period due to moving and updating alarm systems in connection (for example, for the city's budgetary reasons). The city of Raasepor installs and renews the alarm systems during the contract period and connects them to the city's software. The system changes are implemented in cooperation with the providers selected by the city with. The work can also be commissioned by a third party. The transfer and renewal of the alarm systems will be carried out in the years 2026-2030. If the security and control services are transferred to a new service provider as a result of this tender, all the costs arising from the transfer (such as disconnections, reconnections, programming, testing, preparation of base maps for the control unit and possible subcontracting services of the telephone company) must be included ...
