The target of the acquisition is Raasepori and is mainly in these areas.•Tammisaari•Karjaa•Pohja•Mustio•Fiskars•Snappertuna•Bromarv More information on which properties belong to which area can be found in appendix 2. The procurement unit is requesting offers for the services defined in sections A F below.Note! Provider is aware that the services (A-C) are introduced in stages in different properties. The estimated schedule is presented in Appendix 2. The goal is that the services will be in use in all mentioned properties before the end of the framework agreement, but the properties and the number of properties may also change during the transfer and update of the alarm system to the city's system, e.g. for budgetary reasons. The city of Raasepor installs and renews the alarm systems during the contract period and connects them to the city's software. The change to the city's system will be implemented in cooperation with the city with selected bidders. The work can be outsourced to a third party. The transfer and renewal of the alarm system will be carried out between 2026 and 2030. Possibly as a result of this competition, when security and monitoring services are transferred to a new service provider, everything will be about the transfer of alarms incurred expenses (disconnections, reconnection, programming, testing, creation of base maps for the control unit, possible subcontracting services from the telephone company, etc.) must be included in the unit prices of the actual offer.
