The subject of the acquisition are the project and project management expert services that support the projects and projects of the Digital and Population Information Agency (DVV), as well as the complementary substance expert services related to the DVV's industry. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that they are not technical expert roles (such as Scrum Master, developer, coder, architect or other expert tasks focused on IT implementation) are included in the scope of this procurement. The experts support DVV in the planning, coordination, in guidance and reporting in accordance with DVV's operating models, in close cooperation with DVV's representatives. The goal is to get competent support flexibly and, if necessary, on a fast schedule, which strengthens DVV's own work and makes it possible long-term, confidential cooperation with suppliers. With this tender, the framework arrangement referred to in the Procurement Act is established. 2 suppliers will be selected through tendering, with whom framework agreements will be drawn up for the provision of services.
