The welfare area of Etelä-Savo (later Eloisa) requests your offer for draft design in accordance with this request for tender and the documents attached to it. In procurement, framework arrangements will be established by sub-area, for which 3 suppliers will be selected for each three, unless there are fewer suitable and acceptable bidders in order of priority according to the comparison criteria.
