OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is Helen Oy's piping, equipment and insulation installation work in the scope determined by the Customer in the area of ​​the city of Helsinki. The framework arrangement is divided into two (2) sub-areas: Sub-area A: Steel pipe contracting Sub-area B: Reinforced plastic piping contracting The framework arrangement mainly includes contracts. The intention is to order clear, smaller entities as hourly work. Hourly work does not mean on-call work. The object of procurement is described in more detail in the request for participation and its in the attachments. CONTRACT PERIOD The goal is for the framework agreement to enter into force on October 1, 2026. The contract is valid until further notice. However, the agreement is valid for a maximum of eight (8) years, i.e. until 30 September 2034, after which the agreement will automatically expire without separate termination. See also chapter 6 of the attached framework agreement. The agreement will be finalized in the tendering phase. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The maximum value of the framework arrangement for the entire contract period is EUR 144, 000, 000 (VAT 0%).
