We are requesting an offer for the maintenance and repair services of ice machines under the management of the culture and leisure industry of the City of Helsinki. The contract period is one (1) year, and three (3) option periods with a duration of one (1) year. Maximum duration of the contract period is therefore four years. The total need for the works in question is estimated to be a maximum of 100, 000 euros/year (VAT 0%) and 400, 000 euros for the entire contract period of four (4) years. The subscriber makes the decision to implement the option period before the contract period termination. The work sites are located in properties and buildings managed by the culture and leisure industry. The tender request concerns the maintenance and repair work of ice machines.
