The works performed under an annual contract mainly consist of small works related to heating, water and sewage systems repair and modification works and basic adjustments of heating systems, which are typically carried out with the work input of one to three pipe fitters. The work is mainly done within normal working hours. The works are often timed during the holidays, especially during the city's school holidays in daycare facilities. During the holiday season, several destinations may therefore be running at the same time. Larger jobs during the summer holiday season are ordered and agreed annually by April 15 at the latest. by.
