The request for tender applies to the annual repair work mentioned in the title of properties owned by the municipality of Vihti (e.g. schools, kindergartens, health center and library), as well as properties and premises under management and responsibility, as billed work (based on hourly billing principle) or with a fixed total price from 1 May to 30 October 2026. The anticipated value of the procurement, €200, 000, applies to the entire framework arrangement and contractual partners. Contractors are required to provide site-specific construction and warranty time deposits (€25, 000.00 sites).
