Subarea 1: Information model coordinator services Sub-area 2: Inventory measurement services Sub-area 3: Inventory modeling services The object of the procurement is in the new construction, renovation, expansion and demolition projects of the city of Helsinki's urban environment industry the necessary data model coordinator services as well as building inventory measurement and inventory modeling services. Services are procured on a project-by-project basis based on the framework arrangement, and assignments can be either separate or related. Tasks in the definition and implementation, where applicable, e.g.: General data model requirements 2012 (YTV2012), the City of Helsinki's own data model and inventory modeling instructions, RT cards (e.g. RT 103133, RT 103132 and RT 103375) and valid legislation and regulations. The framework arrangement consists of three different areas: Subarea 1: Information model coordinator services Sub-area 2: Inventory measurement services Sub-area 3: Inventory modeling services You can submit an offer for one or more from the sub-area. A more detailed description of the tasks covered by the framework arrangement is presented in the service description (appendix 1) attached to the tender request and in other attached documents. Based on this procurement process, the suppliers are selected, with whom contracts are concluded for the provision of the aforementioned services (framework contract).
