Tender Details

The object of the procurement is ICT expert services for the needs of Metsähallitus. The procurement includes fourteen (14) separate and independent areas, which will make their own independent procurement decisions. A bidder can submit a bid and be selected to one or more areas. The procurement and the different sub-areas are described in more detail in this request for tenders and in the sub-area-specific appendices of the request for tenders. The procurement is a framework arrangement. The customer selects the quantity presented in the request for tender for each sub-area suppliers with whom it contracts. The framework agreements are valid for forty-eight (48) months. Purchases made during the validity of the actual framework agreement may continue for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months beyond the framework agreement after the end. Option: During the contract period, other expert roles can also be assigned to the sub-areas, which are related to the work of each sub-area. The customer orders expert work in accordance with the framework agreement as assignments. The customer and the supplier agree of an individual assignment based on a framework arrangement in the assignment agreement. The supplier of the assignment is selected in accordance with the following principles (a more detailed description is in the framework agreement's appendix "Operating model of the framework arrangement"): A.
