The areas are intended for public use. The construction sites are located In the area owned by the city of Helsinki. The tasks included in the framework arrangement are described in more detail in the tender request and its appendices. The tenderer is requested to provide this request for tenders regarding the framework arrangement and its appendices The procurement is divided into three (3) different sub-areas as follows: Sub-area 1: Green construction Sub-area 2: Sports facility construction Sub-area 3: Street construction You can submit a bid for one or more sub-areas. Based on this procurement process the contractors with whom the framework agreements for the execution of the aforementioned contracts will be concluded. The customer organizes an order-specific mini-competition among the framework contract suppliers of the sub-region for all contracts implemented through the framework arrangement. The selection criteria for the mini competition is the lowest price. In the mini-tendering, the Customer simultaneously submits a request for tenders for the assignment in question to all framework contract suppliers in the relevant sub-area, with which the Customer requests ceiling or total prices offers for work to be performed. In mini-competitioned procurements, the contract terms of the framework agreement and, if necessary, detailed assignment-specific terms and conditions are followed.
