The procurement concerns advisory services, which are primarily used by the ownership steering functions of the ministries participating in the Government tender, but also other ministries' functions if necessary, for ownership steering-related or other financial assignments.
I advisetopalvelut are typically tasks related to the definition of ownership strategy, company valuations, business and ownership arrangements, financing arrangements, share sales and purchases, or other tasks closely related to these.
Advisory services can also apply to other ownersfinancial tasks related to hjaus or other financial tasks of the ministries involved.
The procurement will establish a framework arrangement of six (6) suppliers, which will be valid for four years.
Operators who opt for the framework arrangement do not have exclusive rights to services.
