The aim of this framework arrangement is to provide versatile and high-level planning and consulting expertise for the maintenance of the city's service buildings, with which the city can meet its energy, environmental and carbon neutrality goals. The goal is to find experts who have lin-depth expertise in preparing energy audits, energy certificates and separate energy reports. A more detailed description of the tasks covered by the framework arrangement is presented in the service description (appendix 1) attached to the tender request and in other attached documents.
Puitejaerjthe blocking includes the tasks described below:
1: Preparation of energy audits for service buildings (Motiva Model)
2: Preparation of energy certificates for service buildings
3: Preparation of separate energy reports
4-6 suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement. If bidders who meet the eligibility requirementsand less acceptable offers have been received than the number of contract suppliers presented above, correspondingly fewer contracts will be made. The percentage distribution adapts to the superiority of the bidders' offerssty in this tender for the establishment of a framework arrangement.
