Lohjan Vuokra-asunnot Oy does not participate in procurement sub-area 3 Fire detector, fire alarm, work related to security lighting and smoke extraction. The work performed under an annual contract is mainly small repair and modification work performed at hourly rates, which are usually carried out with the work input of 1-2 electricians.
