The request for tender applies to the annual repair work mentioned in the title of properties owned by the municipality of Vihti (e.g. schools, kindergartens, health center and library), as well as properties and premises under management and responsibility, as billed work (based on hourly billing principle) or with a fixed total price from 1 May to 30 October 2026. The anticipated value of the procurement, €200, 000, applies to the entire framework arrangement and contractual partners. Contractors are required to provide site-specific construction and warranty time deposits (€25, 000.00 sites). The work is done as a construction contract in accordance with the general contract conditions YSE 1998, as well as project-specific contract documents. Offered works included in the framework contract include repair, renovation and new construction sites with a maximum of 1000 V. To perform the duties, the manager of electrical works is required at least electrical qualification 2 (S2) (KTMp 516/96). The tenderer must notify the responsible manager of the electrical works and show that he meets the requirements required to perform the tasks. The manager of the electrical works is responsible for the compliance in the execution of the electrical works on electrical safety (410/96), the condition of electrical devices and equipment after the installations are completed, and the professionalism of the installation personnel (516/96). After the installation is completed, the contractor's representative makes the necessary entries for the installations he changed to local centers (e.g. fuse markings, etc.) and draw the so-called a red pen drawing of the installations he made (main diagrams, plan drawings).
