Section 1 Electrical design services for service buildings Sub-area 2 Electrical design services for housing renovation projects Section 3 Electrical design services for new construction projects in housing production Helsinki's urban environment industry commissions electrical design tasks and other expert work for public construction projects of various sizes in the city and for other purposes. The procurement is divided into three areas as follows: Section 1: Electrical design services for service buildings Subarea 2: Electrical design services for renovation projects in housing production Sub-area 3: Electrical design services for new construction projects in housing production You can submit an offer for one or more areas. A more detailed description of the tasks covered by the framework arrangement is presented in the service description (appendix 1) attached to the tender request and in other attached documents. On the basis of this procurement process, the suppliers are selected with whom the contracts for the provision of the aforementioned services will be concluded (framework agreement). Assignments are ordered on the basis of a percentage distribution according to overall economic affordability. The percentage distribution adapts to the priority order of the offers of the bidders in this framework arrangement in the tender.
