The work is mainly focused on Helsinki to public buildings and properties maintained by the city. The purpose of the framework arrangement for building automation works is to ensure the availability of skilled suppliers for service, maintenance and fault repair tasks of various building automation systems. Procurement is divided into 8 sub-areas per system. The sub-areas are divided based on the most common building automation systems in use in properties maintained by the urban environment industry as follows: Sub-area 1: DEOS Sub-area 2: DriveOsa-Area 3: FidelixOsa-Area 4: TrendOsa-Area 5: HoneywellOsa-Area 6: OumanOsa-Area 7: SchneiderOsa-Area 8: Siemens A more detailed description of the tasks is presented in appendix 1 of the tender request (Service Description).
