The contract covers the technical inspection missions referred to in articles L.125-3 and 125-4 of the Construction and Housing Code and the real estate diagnostic missions referred to in article L126-23 of the same Code relating to work on the departmental built heritage. This is a single-awardee framework agreement, concluded with a single (1) economic operator for each lot. It will be executed by issuing purchase orders when the need arises.
