Territory Flanders Grand Littoral Territory Lille Metropolis West Territory Lille Metropolis East Territory Hainaut Douaisis Cambrésis Pévèle Southern Territory Framework agreements placed in group orders pursuant to articles L.2113-6 to L.2113-8 of Public Order Code carried by PARTENORD HABITAT (coordinator of the group). They are concluded in application of articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14, for a period of 12 months, from 01/01/2027, then are tacitly renewable three times 12 months under the conditions provided for in the CCAP. They are concluded without a minimum and with a maximum annual amount per lot. Each of the lots is single-awarded. Prices are unitary and revisable under the conditions provided for in the CCAP.
