Framework Agreements for Purchase Orders for services services relating to the carrying out of an annual satisfaction survey on the quality of service and the making of courtesy calls to new tenant customers of PARTENORD HABITAT and PARTIMMO Annual quality satisfaction survey service to PARTENORD HABITAT and PARTIMMO customers Making courtesy calls to new tenant customers of PARTENORD HABITAT and PARTIMMO This consultation concerns the establishment of framework agreements with purchase orders single recipient of services. It is allocated into two lots, each lot being the subject of a separate framework agreement. They are concluded in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. THE lot 1 is concluded for the first period from 01/17/2027 to 12/31/2027 and lot 2 for a first period from 04/16/2027 to 12/31/2027, then they are both renewable three times twelve months under the conditions provided for in the CCAP. They are concluded without minimum and with a maximum per period and per batch: Lot 1 Maximum 42, 000 euro(s) excluding tax per period, i.e. 168, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for all renewals combined. Lot 2 maximum 30, 000 euro(s) excluding tax per period, i.e. 120, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for all renewals combined.
