Description: This consultation focuses on the award of a Framework Agreement with Subsequent Markets of Building-VRD Building, all over the metropolitan territory.

The consultation is allotted in 2 technical lots

- Lot 1: Moe building -vrd

- Lot 2: Moe building-VRD with rail components.

The particularity of lot 2 is to integrate rail aspects (tracks, signaling, catenary ...), in addition to the building / VRD. For example, the construction of a wheelchair maintenance workshop, with connection to the National Ferré Network (RFN).

The mission of the Master of Work covers all phases of a site, the sketch study at the reception. Optional missions are also planned (BIM and digital model, commissioning, OPC, consumption of CSR requirements ....)
