Framework agreements for engineering services and project administration Øygarden municipality wishes to establish framework agreements with suppliers who mainly provide consultancy within construction, construction/roads and planning, as well as project administration. The acquisition is divided into two areas:1. Framework agreement Project services2. Framework agreement Project administration Framework agreement 1 shall cover Øygarden municipality's need for planning and engineering services within construction, both new construction and rehabilitation. The framework agreement must also cover technical advice against the municipality's existing buildings and roads. Framework agreement 2 will cover Øygarden municipality's need for assistance with project administration linked to process leasing, construction leasing/builder's agency and SHA leasing. In this agreement it must it is assumed that the tenderer must sit locally with the client and work.
