Framework agreement for work as directed, maintenance and related construction works for emergency and restart homes and other homes with social utility. AG VESPA is the autonomous municipal company for real estate management and urban projects for the city of Antwerp. AG VESPA manages the city heritage and implements the urban development policy as determined by the mayor and aldermen and the municipal council. With this autonomous municipal company, the city council has an instrument at its disposal to concretize and realize urban renewal. AG VESPA has been operational since March 1, 2003. With this placement procedure, the contracting authority aims to conclude a framework agreement with a term of 4 years, regarding the - detailed below explained - refreshment and renovation works on existing or newly purchased emergency and restart homes as well as on other buildings with a social purpose. The framework agreement consists of two lots. The extent of the works varies per plot. The plots can mainly be used for emergency and restart homes or for buildings with a social benefit (such as projects for socially vulnerable groups). The housing stock is variable in number and typology. Only vacant, uninhabited buildings are allowed in eligible for maintenance and/or renovation.
