Framework agreement for winter maintenance - Rennesøy
Stavanger municipality, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, hereby invites you to a competition for Winter Maintenance. The assignment concerns ploughing, brushing and salting of roads in the winter half of 2026/27 with an option for the winter half of 2027/28. Individual footpaths and cycle paths and outdoor areas/places may be included but will mainly be carried out under our own auspices. Rennesøy and Finnøy municipal part have been divided into several contract areas. This competition applies to Rennesøy. Current roads are illustrated in the map attachment. The areas must be served by 2 tractors/suitable vehicle according to specification. There are no restrictions on how many competitions suppliers can participate in and possibly be awarded contracts in. The offers will be evaluated according to the lowest evaluation price per contract area according to the price scheme.
