Framework agreement for winter maintenance Stavanger municipality, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, hereby invites you to a competition for Winter Maintenance. The assignment concerns ploughing, brushing and salting of roads, footpaths and cycle paths and outdoor areas/places in The assignment is divided into five sub-contracts. Suppliers can submit offers for any number of subcontracts, but a supplier can be awarded a maximum of two subcontracts. The offers will be evaluated according to the lowest evaluation price per subcontract according to the price form, but in the evaluation the client will prioritize the following if the limitation on the number of sub-contracts takes effect: That the client receives delivery for all sub-contracts Lowest overall (evaluation) price for the client The tenderer, if any prioritization in offer letters.
