The Assignment is a framework agreement (order assignment) for carrying out traffic measurements. The subject of this Assignment includes, among others: • counts of all road users, for motorized traffic possibly differentiated by vehicle category and speed • origin - Destination studies (“O/D studies”) • manual counts • visualization of all possible movements, of all road users, including at complex intersections/junctions Candidates are informed that sub-assignments may also include related services in carrying out traffic measurements, such as additional advice or services related to the explanation of the results. Candidates are generally responsible for all necessary permits and signage. Candidates are expected to know the applicable regulations and, if necessary, explain the provisions to the client (GDPR, data collection and use, drone flights, etc.)
