Framework agreement for total consultancy for DAB-Lejerbo (nationwide) Limited supply DAB-Lejerbo wishes to enter into a framework agreement for nationwide comprehensive advice. DAB's existing framework agreement for total consultancy expires at the end of November 2026, after which DAB and the housing organizations and departments administered by DAB are entitled to use this framework agreement. DAB-Lejerbo currently has a project portfolio for the next four years on new construction and renovation projects of approx. 3.5 billion DKK excl. VAT in total company sum. The purpose of a nationwide framework agreement for comprehensive advice is to: - DAB-Lejerbo can easily and quickly receive total technical advice and/or advice for both renovation projects and new construction, - create a close, trusting and fruitful cooperation, where potential conflicts are resolved via an open and honest reconciliation of expectations, - the technical advisor supports DAB-Lejerbo's vision for sustainable quality housing, - any fire extinguishing on a project is handled quickly and efficiently and service minded by the total consultant, so that the client's security is re-established without unnecessary delay, - DAB-Lejerbo receives high-quality advice in connection with construction planning, resident democratic processes, building committee meetings, project planning and performance.
