Sub-agreement A Sub-agreement B Sub-agreement C Københavns Ejendomme hereby offers a framework agreement regarding total consultancy related to renovation, refurbishment, construction and installation in connection with Copenhagen Municipality's properties. The framework agreement on total consultancy must support Københavns Ejendomme's tasks related to the municipality's building stock. The client's requirements for contract terms appear in the draft framework agreement (Appendix A), while the requirements for the service are described in detail in the Performance Description (Appendix 1). An economic actor can apply for pre-qualification for one sub-agreement. If pre-qualification is requested for more than two sub-agreements, the Ordering Party will disregard the request relating to the sub-agreement for which the most fitness requests for pre-qualification have been received at the time of receipt of the request that relates to more than two partial agreements. The contracting authority will carry out an independent assessment of each individual partial agreement with a view to selecting applicants who will be invited to submit offers. The partial agreement includes tasks that have a budgeted total of over DKK 10, 000, 000, where the fee is calculated as a percentage of the total, as well as swimming pool projects with a budgeted total of over DKK 1, 000, 000, which entitles the Consultant to a fixed additional percentage rate, cf. Appendix 2 - Offer list. It is the Client's expectation that tasks under partial agreement A amount to approx. 40% of the total value of the framework agreement.
