People in Need (PIN) is international, non-governmental, non-profit making organization with headquarter in Prague, Czech Republic. Organization is providing relief aid and development assistance for the past 30 years in more than 20 countries around the world. People in Need is registered by the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation in the Republic of Yemen with Principal Cooperation Agreement signed on the 25/11/2021.
SCOPE OF TENDER
Contract Title: Framework agreement for Tenders/Procurement Publishing.
Our organization is currently in search of a suitable platform to advertise procurement/tenders and job vacancies to a vast and diverse audience. The chosen supplier will be granted a framework agreement for a period of two years. We aim to secure a competitive, reliable, and efficient platform that will enable us to reach a broad range of potential candidates and contractors.

1- Tenderers has to include a copy of their valid company registration, valid business license, Valid Tax card, Business bank account.
2- Tenderers preferably to have physical main office or branch in Aden Gov. Ability to reach and work.
3- Previous Experience (preferable in the same field of this tender supplies)
4- Tender offer must remain valid for the period of 60 days from the date of closing unless withdrawn in writing before the close of tenders
5- Provide separate (Technical and Financial) offers.
PIN is not bound to accept any application or give reasons for rejection or acceptance.
