The University of Copenhagen is preparing a tender for a framework agreement on technical advice and assistance for the period 2026-2030. KU therefore conducts a market consultation of the preliminary tender material and invites interested bidders to review the material and submit comments. Input on ambiguities, inappropriateness and improvement proposals are included in the further organization of the tender. The framework agreement is expected to be divided into the following sub-agreements: Total consultancy, Engineering specialist (technical facilities), Client consultancy and Environmental consultancy. The material includes: - Draft tender conditions and mini-tender conditions - Draft for framework agreement (with one sub-agreement as an example) - Draft for individual consultant agreement - Draft for Cooperation with the construction area at KU - Form for market coverage of hourly prices Market coverage of hourly prices (priority area) KU particularly wants to obtain current hourly prices for the consulting services, that appears from the attached material. Please state the prices in the associated form and upload them together with any comments. As the tender is expected to be carried out with fixed prices, the information obtained will form the basis for determining the hourly prices. KU therefore encourages the market to prioritize feedback on this point.
