Procedure Tender through the European/National public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: Assignment The assignment involves concluding a framework agreement with one supplier for the supply, maintenance and repair of four (4) sweeping machines, with an option to expand with two (2) additional machines. The During the entire term of the agreement, the contractor is responsible for: delivery of the sweepers, including configuration and any additional equipment; carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance; supplying necessary items parts and consumables; carrying out repairs during the technical lifespan; guaranteeing employability through an appropriate service level, including fast response times and adequate availability of technicians and parts. The The municipality expects a proactive partner who takes care of everything, thinks along and contributes to maximum deployability of the machines. Quality in service, continuity and practical performance of the machines are an explicit part of the judgement. Lots This assignment is not divided into lots. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery (of these services) with a term of two (2) years with a starting date of 01082026. The client has the right to unilaterally extend this two (2) times by one (1) year. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is based on an evaluation of the performance delivered.
