Framework Agreement Sweepers (Sweeping Waste Vehicles Cleaning) Procedure Tender through the European/National public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Procurement Act 2012. Assignment The order involves concluding a framework agreement with one supplier for the supply, maintenance and repair of four (4) sweeping machines, with an option to expand with two (2) additional machines. During the entire term of the agreement, the Contractor is responsible for: delivery of the sweepers, including configuration and any additional equipment; It carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance; supplying necessary parts and consumables; carrying out repairs during the technical lifespan; guaranteeing employability through an appropriate service level, including fast service response times and adequate availability of technicians and parts. The municipality expects a proactive partner who takes care of everything, thinks along and contributes to maximum deployability of the machines.
