Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The geographical scope of intervention is limited to the territory of the City of Mèze. THE CCTP, common to both lots, aims to define the nature, scope and methods of execution of the services likely to be entrusted to the holder(s) of the contract(s). As part of the execution of missions and subject to agreement prior notice from the project owner when necessary, the contractor may use the skills of any expert or specialist useful for the proper performance of the services, in accordance with the regulations applicable to subcontracting.
